CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations & No shows

Please take the time to go over our cancellation/no-show policy.

We kindly request that cancellations or changes to appointments be made:

  • At least 4 hours in advance for blowouts, braids, stand-alone botanical therapy treatments, &/or hair washing services.

  • At least 6 hours in advance for haircut and updo services.

  • At least 24 hours in advance for all other services.

  • At least 24 hours in advance for all holiday appointments regardless of the service (Thanksgiving eve, Christmas eve, New Years eve, etc.).

Failure to follow this policy will result in a full-service price charge to your credit card or gift certificate, regardless of the reason for cancellation/no-show.

No-show appointments will be charged the full-service price.

After 3 no-shows, we require that the service(s) be paid in full upon booking.

The above charges are not refundable under any circumstances- regardless of the reason for cancellation/no-show.

By proceeding with keeping your appointment, you agree to the terms of our policy.

Late policy: we will always try our hardest to accommodate our guests. However, should you arrive 5 or more minutes late to your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you.
