CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations & No shows
Please take the time to go over our cancellation/no-show policy.
We kindly request that cancellations or changes to appointments be made:
At least 4 hours in advance for blowouts, braids, stand-alone botanical therapy treatments, &/or hair washing services.
At least 6 hours in advance for haircut and updo services.
At least 24 hours in advance for all other services.
At least 24 hours in advance for all holiday appointments regardless of the service (Thanksgiving eve, Christmas eve, New Years eve, etc.).
Failure to follow this policy will result in a full-service price charge to your credit card or gift certificate, regardless of the reason for cancellation/no-show.
No-show appointments will be charged the full-service price.
After 3 no-shows, we require that the service(s) be paid in full upon booking.
The above charges are not refundable under any circumstances- regardless of the reason for cancellation/no-show.
By proceeding with keeping your appointment, you agree to the terms of our policy.
Late policy: we will always try our hardest to accommodate our guests. However, should you arrive 5 or more minutes late to your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you.
