PRE AND POST COLOR DO’S AND DON’TS
CREDIT CARD POLICY
All reservations require a credit card number to be held on file. Your card won’t be charged nor will we put a hold on your card. The only times we would charge your card is if you:
Would like to use it for contactless checkout when at the salon
Cancel outside of our cancellation policy
No show to your appointment
Cancellations & No shows
Please take the time to go over our cancellation/no-show policy.
We kindly request that cancellations or changes to appointments be made:
At least 4 hours in advance for blowouts, braids, stand-alone botanical therapy treatments, &/or hair washing services.
At least 6 hours in advance for haircut and updo services.
At least 24 hours in advance for all other services.
At least 24 hours in advance for all holiday appointments regardless of the service (Thanksgiving eve, Christmas eve, New Years eve, etc.).
Failure to follow this policy will result in a full-service price charge to your credit card or gift certificate, regardless of the reason for cancellation/no-show.
No-show appointments will be charged the full-service price.
After 3 no-shows, we require that the service(s) be paid in full upon booking.
The above charges are not refundable under any circumstances- regardless of the reason for cancellation/no-show.
By proceeding with keeping your appointment, you agree to the terms of our policy.
Late policy: we will always try our hardest to accommodate our guests. However, should you arrive 5 or more minutes late to your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you.
Gratuities
We often get asked how much is appropriate to tip given our low blowout bar prices & no up-charge policy.
So here it goes:
Blowouts $10
Blowout with any treatment $13
Keratin $50
Up-do $20
Makeup $20
Haircuts $20
Color Services 20% of original price
Our stylists accept gratuities through cash, credit card, and venmo for your convenience. Our front desk team will be happy to assist you with calculating a tip, whatever you decide to leave is graciously appreciated by our hard working team!
